Residential Plumber in Brentwood, TN
★★★★★ 5.0 on Google · Owner-operated by Will Pontius
Brentwood homes are known for large lots, mature trees, and well-built houses — many from the 1980s and 1990s, along with newer estates. Southern Sun Plumbing is a residential plumber that Brentwood homeowners can rely on for honest, careful plumbing work done by the owner himself.
Will Pontius, Tennessee Master Plumber License #651, owns and operates Southern Sun. There's no rotating crew — you get the same experienced, licensed plumber every time.
Plumbing in established Brentwood homes
A Brentwood home built thirty or forty years ago is often in excellent shape structurally, but the plumbing behind the walls and under the sinks has aged. Original shutoff valves, water heaters on their second or third replacement, and fixtures from earlier remodels all reach the end of their life eventually. As a residential plumber in Brentwood, we help homeowners plan for those replacements instead of reacting to them.
Homes with multiple stories and many bathrooms also mean a leak upstairs can damage finished ceilings below. Catching drips early is far less expensive than repairing drywall and paint.
Honest recommendations, no upsell pressure
Brentwood homeowners are used to being sold to. We'd rather explain the problem, give you the options, and let you decide. If a repair will hold for years, we'll say so. If replacement is the better value, we'll explain why.
That straightforward approach is a big part of why our Google rating is 5.0 stars. Our customers know they'll get the truth about their plumbing.
